FARRA DI SOLIGO
Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 May 2023
REGULATIONS
From the main square in the village of Farra di Soligo (meeting point) participants can set off on foot on their own at any time from 08.30 to 12.30 pm.
At the start, each participant will receive a tasting glass, a glass holder, a drink-card for wine tastings and a brochure with the route map.
Along the itinerary there will be seven tasting areas with 12 restaurateurs and producers and 9 wineries. Local winemakers will be on hand at each stop to provide visitors with information about the surrounding area, viticultural practices used and the wine making techniques employed in the production of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG. The maximum expected stop at each stand is approximately 20-25 minutes.
The event finishes at 6.30 pm and a shuttle bus service will be available to return you to the main square.
The actual tour time, excluding stops at the stands, is about 3 hours, with a total height gain of 180 metres for both routes.
The use of strollers is not recommended.
Unfortunately, the event menu cannot be varied to meet participants’ special dietary requirements (for example gluten-free or vegan).
The tour is not suitable for persons in wheelchairs or with other mobility impairments that may require special assistance.
We recommend wearing comfortable and ideally layered clothing, good hiking shoes, a rain jacket, umbrella, hat and sunscreen.
