Prosecco D.o.c.g pastry garnished with semi sun-dried tomato paste, prosciutto massaged with Prosecco and burrata mozzarella;
- The Gatto e la Volpe Margherita
Using our special “Il Gatto e la Volpe” base made from a mixture of select flours leavened over a long period, garnished with semi sun-dried tomato paste and fresh buffalo mozzarella DOP from Campagna.
