PARTICIPATION REGULATIONS

SATURDAY MAY 24th AND SUNDAY 25th 2024

1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATIONS
By paying the registration fee, the participant declares that they have read and fully acceptthese Regulations, undertaking to comply with all provisions. If the payment is made on behalf of other participants, the payer guarantees that they have informed each registrant of the terms of the Regulations and that they have fully accepted its contents. Registration and participation in the event constitute unconditional acceptance of all clauses of these Regulations for each participant. Acceptance of these Regulations is an essential and necessary condition for participation in the event.

2. ORGANIZATIONAL DETAILS
Participants may depart on foot, unaccompanied, from Piazza Caduti nei Lager, along Via Cal Nova, in Farra di Soligo(meeting point), between 8:30 am and 12:30 pm.
At departure, each participant will receive:

  • A tasting glass
  • A glass holder
  • A drink card for tastings
  • A brochure with the route map

Along the route, there will be seven tasting areas featuring 12 restauratuers and producers and 9 wineries. Winemakers at the stops will be available to explain the landscape, viticultural practices, and winemaking techniques related to the production of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore. The maximum stayat each stand is approximately 20–25 minutes.
The walk concludes at 6:00 pm, with a shuttle bus service available for return to the square. Actual walking time (excluding stops) is approximately 3 hours, with an elevation gain of 180 meters. The use of strollers is not reccomended. The event menu cannot accommodate specific dietary requirements (e.g., gluten-free, vegan).
This tour is not accessible to wheelchair users or individuals with mobility impairments requiring special assistance.
Participants are advised to wear comfortable, layered clothing, sturdy trekking shoes, and bring a raincoat, umbrella, hat and sunscreen. Bringing and/or consuming outside alcoholic beverages is prohibited; only drinks provided at official event stations are permitted.
The event is designed to be a fun way to enjoy and promjote our region. Participants are expected to behave responsibly: this is not a drinking competition, and completing the drink card is not mandatory. We encourage responsible drinking.

3. REGISTRATION AND FEES
The event has a maximum participant limit, after which no further registrations will be accepted.
To participate, registration must be completed onwww.vivilerive.it, followed by payment. Only after payment verification will the Association email the participation ticket, which must be presented at check-in on the event day.

  • Registration fee: €65.00 per person(including booking fee), covering tastings, a glass, a glass holder, and informational materials.
  • Children under 8: Free admission.
  • Ages 8–18: €25.00(including booking fee; must be accompanied by a full-paying adult). No alcohol will be served to minors.
  • Adults: No discounted registration is permitted under any circumstances.

The organizers reserve the right to verify the presence of minors in a group on the event day.
Registration opens on April 22, 2025, and closes once the maximum capacity is reached or, in any case, no later than May 20, 2025. Late registrations may be accepted at the organizer’s discretion.

4. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The event will take place rain or shine. The organizer reserves the right to modify the route or delay departures for safety reasons, with no entitlement to partial or full refunds.
The event will only be cancelledin cases of force majeure (e.g., severe weather, official advisories), as determined by competent authorities. If canceled, the organizer will refund registration fees. Refund requests must be emailed toinfo@vivilerive.itwith instructions provided.
For participant cancellations,full refunds are only granted if requested via email toinfo@vivilerive.itby May 16, 2025. After this date, refunds are issued only if the event is canceled. Participants expressly agree that refunds are limited to the paid fee, excluding any additional damages.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By paying the registration fee, participants declare that they have read and accepted these Regulations and agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information (per Art. 2, Law No. 15/1968, as amended).
  • Behave responsibly, particularly regarding alcohol (wine) consumption. The Association reserves the right to cease service to intoxicated participants without refund.
  • Verify personal allergies/intolerances, holding the Association harmless for related incidents (e.g., poisoning, allergies).
  • Comply with traffic laws and exercise caution regarding road hazards (e.g., crossings, vehicle traffic, overcrowding).
  • Attest to physical fitness for the event, hereby releasing the Association from liability for any and all related risks.
  • Safeguard personal belongings, absolving the Association and all its officers for loss, theft, or damage.
  • Control pets (leash required) to prevent harm or inconvenience to others.
  • Acknowledge participation is at their own risk, indemnifying the organizing Association and all subjects related to it from any liability, civil or criminal, for damages to persons or property suffered or caused during the event (including injuries, accidents also caused by unforeseen events such as collapses, ground instability, vandalism, theft or loss of personal belongings, damage to fittings, installations, furniture, means of transport) and with express waiver of any claim for damages against the organizing Association and all persons related to it, such as representatives and employees, as well as exhibitors and owners of buildings and / or land visited.


6. IMAGE RELEASE
Participants expressly authorize the Association to photograph, record, and use their likeness for promotional purposes indefinitely, in any media with the right to publish in any format, paper and digital, without compensation, per Articles 10 and 320 of the Civil Code and Articles 96– 97 of Copyright Law (No. 633/1941). Those wishing to opt out must notify the organizer via email.

7. PRIVACY
By accepting these Regulations, participants confirm they have read and agreed to the attached Privacy Policy (per Art. 13, EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR)), including consent to data processing.

8. MISCELLANEOUS

By paying the fee, the undersigned declares to have read and accept these Regulations for themselves and any third parties they register, ensuring such parties are informed and accept.


INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF THE REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”)
The Association Vivi le Rive di Farra di Soligo, with registered office in Via dei Cavai 42, 31010 Farra di Soligo (TV), as Data Controller, wishes to inform participants about the details of the processing of their personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

1. Purpose and legal basis of the processing
The personal data provided will be processed for the following purposes:

  • Management of registration and participation in the event: to enable registration and participation in the event organized by the Association.
  • Sending communications related to the organization of the event: to provide updates and operational information regarding the event.
  • Handling any refunds and changes to the event: proceed with any refunds or make necessary organizational changes.
  • Use of participant imagesfor dissemination purposes and possible promotion of the event.


The legal bases for processing are:

  • The performance of a contractto which the data subject is a party or the execution of measures pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the same, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, in particular: a) registration for participation in the Event and the activities same related; b) fulfillments required by applicable legislation, such as by way of example but not limited to responding to requests from competent authorities and bodies supervisory bodies. Should you decide not to provide the Data for the Contractual Purposes, you will not be able to participate in the event.
  • Consent for one or more specific purposes under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, particularly with regard to the use of participants' images for purposes of dissemination and promotion, is expressed by means of the express release set forth in the registration regulations.


2. Methods of processing
The processing of personal data will be carried out using manual, computerized and telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated above and, in any case, in such a way as to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data.

3. Communication and dissemination of data
Personal data may be communicated to:

  • Service providersstrictly necessary for the management of the registration, the sending of communications related to the event and the management of any refunds, such as service providers of technical, technological, accounting, administrative, legal assistance and consulting, insurance, as well as companies involved in the organization of the Event, as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR.
  • Subjects bodies and authoritieswhose right of access to personal data is recognized by law, by regulations or by administrative measures.


Under no circumstances will the data be disseminated or transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area without an adequate level of protection recognized by the European Commission or without the necessary adequate safeguards provided for in Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR.
As for the images only, they may be disseminated through means of dissemination printed and/or digital (such as through the association's websitewww.vivilerive.com) for dissemination and promotional purposes, subject in any case to the exercise of the rights of the data subject set forth paragraph 5 below.

4. Period of data retention
Personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes indicated above and, in any case, no longer than 5 years from the last useful contact, unless legal obligations that require retention for longer periods.

5. Rights of the data subject
As a data subject, you have the right to:

  • Access: obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the processing of personal data that concern you and, if so, obtain access to such data.
  • Rectification: obtain the correction of inaccurate personal data or the integration of incomplete data.
  • Deletion: to obtain the deletion of personal data concerning you, upon the occurrence of certain conditions.
  • Limitation of processing: obtain the limitation of processing in the cases provided for Article 18 of the GDPR.
  • Objection: to object to the processing of personal data concerning you, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing.
  • Data portability: to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format automated device personal data concerning you and transmit such data to another data controller without hindrance.

6. Complaint to the Supervisory Authority
If you believe that the processing of your personal data takes place in violation of the provisions of the by the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, according to the modalities indicated on the institutional website of the Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
